We curated honorees who embodied beauty, boldness, and brilliance. Kandi Burruss took home the Love Award. Kym Whitley, Joy. The incomparable Marsai Martin claimed her Rising Star. MC Lyte was honored as a Legend — and then turned around and performed for the room. Sam Jay earned the Pride Award. And Thasunda Brown Duckett, one of the most powerful CEO’s in America, accepted the Power Award she had undeniably earned. 

The brilliant Bevy Smith held the night together as host, bringing her signature wit and warmth to every moment. And when gospel powerhouse Tamela Mann took the stage, the room didn't just applaud — it felt something. 

From the first production call to the final curtain, this was a celebration built by women, honoring women, for an audience that had been waiting far too long for a night like this. We didn't just produce an event. We created a tradition.
